Justice, Ethics and Morality in Generative Framework -【思考】生成性框架下的正义、伦理与道德

Under the conjecture that “the universe is attempting to evolve in a manner that maximizes its generativity,” justice, ethics, and morality assume distinct epistemological and dynamical statuses.

在基于”宇宙在尝试以最大化其生成性的方式演化”这样的猜想下,正义、伦理与道德呈现出不同的认识论与动力学地位。

First, Justice possesses a phenomenological character. Justice is not a pre-existing entity but rather an observed manifestation of the generative process itself:

It reveals itself only in the unfolding of concrete generative mechanisms, such as judicial procedures, conflict resolution, or resource allocation, appearing in a mode of “presencing.” Justice can be experienced but cannot be reified; it belongs to the phenomenological manifestation of the generative process, not as an independent ontology.

Second, Morality is the “grammar” of generativity. Among all possible generative paths, morality points toward those internal rules (generative grammar) that guide a single agent’s generative trajectory toward greater stability, greater persistence, and greater scalability. It provides the structured constraints for the internal generativity of an agent, ensuring that the agent’s actions remain consistent, predictable, non-collapsing in the phase space, and evolving toward higher generative capacity. If we view generation as an optimal chain:

Third, Ethics is the product of generative grammar in multi-agent relationships. Ethics is not an internal rule but rather the generative structure that manifests at the relational level when the generative grammars of multiple agents interact within a shared phase space. Ethics concerns how the system maintains and enhances overall generativity when multiple generativities compete, interfere, or cooperate with one another. Therefore, ethics is the observable pattern actually generated by grammar (morality) in multi-agent interactions, analogous to the sentences or discourse structures produced by generative grammar. In this sense, ethics corresponds to observations at specific states such as B, C in the generative process, while morality corresponds to the deep generative rules that produce these states.

第三,伦理(Ethics)是生成性文法在多主体关系中的产物。 伦理不是内部规则,而是多个主体的生成文法在共享相空间中相互作用后,于关系层面所显现的生成结构。伦理关注的是:当多个生成性彼此竞争、干扰或协同时,系统如何保持整体生成性的持续与提升。因此,伦理是由文法(道德)在多主体互动中实际生成出的可观测模式,类似于生成文法所产生的句子或话语结构。从这个意义上说,伦理对应于生成过程中 B、C 等具体状态上的观测,而道德对应于产生这些状态的深层生成规则。

In summary, morality is the grammar of generativity, ethics is the generated form of grammar in relationships, and justice is the phenomenological appearance of the generative process at the systemic level.
